Terms and Conditions for Monthly Subscriptions

Subscription Plans

Ad-Free TV Remote: Subscribers gain access to an ad-free experience, excluding an ad-free Nook (group) session, and includes family sharing for up to five members (iOS only).

Premium: Includes all features in Ad-Free TV Remote, plus additional benefits such as ad-free Nook (group) sessions, larger group watch options (10P & 20P), customisation options, backup for remote settings, and priority support.

Subscription Period and Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis and will auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

By subscribing, you authorise the platform (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) to charge your payment method automatically for renewals unless you cancel in advance.

Renewal payments are processed within 24 hours before the next billing cycle starts and are charged to the payment method on file with the respective platform.

Subscription price changes, if applicable, are communicated by Apple or Google. You must agree to the updated price to continue your subscription after renewal.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or via the platform (Apple App Store or Google Play) where the subscription was purchased.

Cancellation requests will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the subscription features until the end of the paid month.

Refunds for subscriptions are managed directly by Apple or Google. Please contact the respective platform’s support or use their refund request tools for further assistance.

Subscription Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time via your account settings or the platform (Apple App Store or Google Play) through which the subscription was purchased.

Upgrading to Premium: If you upgrade, the price difference for the remaining period of the current billing month will be charged, and Premium features will be activated immediately. This process is managed by the platform (Apple App Store or Google Play), and you should refer to their respective policies for additional details.

Downgrading to Ad-Free TV Remote: If you downgrade, the changes will take effect from the start of the next billing cycle. You will retain Premium features until the end of the current billing month. Downgrades must be managed through the platform (Apple App Store or Google Play) where the subscription was originally purchased.

Any changes made to your subscription will be confirmed via email or notification.

Payment Terms

All subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified by applicable laws or the policies of the platform through which the subscription was purchased.

It is your responsibility to ensure your payment method is valid and up-to-date. If payment fails, your subscription may be paused or terminated.

For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, refunds will be subject to the policies of the respective platform. Users should contact Apple or Google directly for refund requests.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. In the event of a price change, subscribers will be notified via email, in-app notifications, or through the respective platform (Apple App Store or Google Play) at least 30 days in advance.

Continuation of the subscription after the notification period will constitute acceptance of the new pricing.

If you do not agree to the price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new pricing takes effect.

General Terms

By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and any updates made to them. Updates will be communicated via email or through the platform.

Misuse of the service, including sharing account access beyond the allowed limit, may result in termination of your subscription without a refund.

Glossary of Terms

  • “10P” : A group watch option allowing up to 10 participants.

  • “20P” : A group watch option allowing up to 20 participants.

  • “Ad-Free” : A subscription feature that removes advertisements during usage.

  • “Nook” : A group watch feature enabling users to share and view content together.

  • “Family Sharing” : A feature allowing up to five family members (iOS only) to share access to subscription benefits.

  • “Ad-Free Group Nook Sessions” : A Premium feature that removes advertisements from group Nook sessions.

  • “Backup” : A Premium feature that allows users to save their remote settings for future retrieval.
